Once you choose Aarid as your mover, we will develop the best shipping option for you. We know all to well that no two moves are alike. Since there could be several options for you to choose from, your move coordinator will offer the best option so that your shipment moves with the least amount of disruption to you and your family, within your requested dates and meets with your shipping budget.
Now that you have approved our estimate, it will be necessary for your to schedule your move with us as soon as possible. Availability of dates and crews can change very quickly. You can phone our office to give your verbal acceptance of the esimtate, choose your packing and loading dates and notify us if you wish to purchase transit insurance. Any quoted deposits would be due and payable at this time.
You may also be requested to complete several forms and send the paperwork back to Aarid in order to proceed with your shipment. If requested to complete such forms it will be necessary for you to complete and return these forms to Aarid in the time frame noted on such forms.
